Counselling Retreat (guided)

Counselling is a process in which a counsellor works with you to help find answers to life’s more difficult challenges. In a counselling retreat, time is given to individuals, married couples or families for counselling. There will also be directed studies, assignments or exercises for you to complete during your stay. This generally happens over a two night / three day time slot. We have found this format to be very helpful and effective as it allows focused time away from the every day stresses, to work on specific things.
